Terms of service

1. Agreement. These terms apply to your use of AuraGlow, operated by Aura Glow, doing business as Auraglow Beauty Tech. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Products and pricing. We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colors may look different on your screen. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment. An order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of stock problems, suspected fraud or pricing errors. By paying, you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method.

5. Shipping and refunds. Please read our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. All sales are final, except as described in the Refund Policy.

6. Safe use. Use our products only as directed in the instructions. Our products are not medical advice or treatment. Stop using a product and talk to a doctor if you feel discomfort or irritation. See our Legal Notice for more.

7. Intellectual property. The Auraglow name, logos, images, text and designs on the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission.

8. Prohibited use. You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful or fraudulent, or to interfere with how the Site works.

9. No warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site and our products are provided “as is”. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tx, USA. 

12. Changes. We may update these terms. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the new terms.
